Some of JAM’s Accomplishments & Outreach Programs include
Awarded annual “CLAUDE McKAY” scholarships to local students and “MARCUS GARVEY ” awards for outstanding community involvement, as well as annual awards to members of the local and regional community for contributions in various areas.
Assisted the Maroons of Accompong, Jamaica, in response to a plea from Col. Wright, by making contributions to the basic school, shipping books, watercolor sets, crayons, story books and many other supplies and personal items for the children.
JAM has made financial contributions to the Child Life Foundation, founded by the late actress/artist, Jamaica’s own Madge Sinclair, Father Richard Ho Lung, Missionaries of the Poor, Kingston, Jamaica, Women At Real Risk (WARR), among others.
JAM provides annual Thanksgiving and Christmas baskets and undertakes a “Toys for the Kids” campaign at Christmas time.

Also donated clothing and food items to other Caribbean islands to provide some relief after the devastation caused by hurricanes. JAM in the same service mode is currently actively soliciting and providing assistance to the Liberian Association of Maryland with their “Help Stop Ebola” Campaign, with their outreach programs now stretching towards Africa”
